Warranty
With Wholesale Connection you receive FULL manufacturer's warranty on every product we sell.

Shipping
All products are shipped via Federal Express. (Except large televisions and large orders which may be shipped freight) All in stock items are guaranteed to be delivered less than 10 business days, but most items will show up in 4 - 5 working days from date of order.

Return Policy
Wholesale Connection does not accept returns unless they are in factory sealed unopened cartons. If the shipment is refused from the freight carrier, a credit will be issued for the unit price only. The customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs as well as the original cost to ship the item. Any item which proves to be defective within 15 days from the day you received the item (excluding DSS, televisions and installed car audio*) may be exchanged for a replacement (same model only). Defective items should be sent to our warehouse along with a return authorization form. Any merchandise that does not have a return authorization form will be refused.

Defective merchandise whose defect cannot be verified will incur a minimum 15% restocking fee as well as shipping charges for replacement model. It is the customer's responsibility to ship the defective item to us at their expense. Wholesale Connection will not accept COD or freight-collect shipments. Wholesale Connection will pay for shipping costs on the replacement model.

Due to Fed Ex policy all claims on damaged merchandise must be initiated within 15 days of receipt.

All returned merchandise must be in original box with all manufacturer's included accessories. Merchandise that was shipped double boxed must be returned in like fashion. All warranty cards must be left blank. Any missing accessories will result in a reduced credit. Merchandise returned properly will be replaced without a restocking charge. If merchandise happens to arrive damaged please call us at 1 800 226 2800.

*DSS, televisions, and installed car audio are excluded from our return policy. All DSS and Televisions must be taken to an authorized repair center. All car stereo items should be tested before installation. Any car stereo item that has been installed or misused is not available for return.

**DSS Note. If you are a first time subscriber. We have allowed a $250 activation credit which has been deducted from the purchase price. Your DirectTV account must be activated within 30 days or purchase. If your unit has not been activated within 30 days or purchase your credit card will be billed $250.
